Meet & Greet Service.

Many homeowners prefer a very personal service and offer guests a meet and greet service. This would involve one of Britannia's owners meeting your guests at your property or location of your choice and taking guests through all aspects of their holiday home. This ensures that your guests know how all the appliances work, safety matters such as the use of shutters and locks, general layout of the resort plus providing additional local information such as restaurants, transport, and tourist advice. All guests will of course have the comfort of knowing that Britannia is on hand to assist them if required at all times. Prices start from just 15 euro's.

Welcome Packs.

Britannia Property Management offer a welcome pack delivery service should your guests choose this option. It is an ideal service particularly if guests are arriving very late or early, also it is worth noting that all supermarkets are closed on the many Spanish holidays. Packs represent excellent value and start at just 15 euro's per pack.

Pack 1: Teabags, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jams, water and fruit juice

Pack 2: As above but also includes bacon, eggs and cold meats

Pack 3: As above but also includes fresh coffee, yogurts, coisannts and 2 bottles of wine

Pack 4: As above but also includes Spanish beer, flowers and fresh fruit

• Bedrooms - furniture installed and built, bespoke cupboards and shelving, lighting, curtain poles supplied and fitted
